Why are we changing our name?

EP Financial Solutions is a trading style of Everyday People Financial Solutions Limited. Arvato Financial Solutions UK (AFS UK) was acquired by Everyday People Financial Corp’s wholly-owned UK subsidiary on the 1st of November 2023.

What customers should know?

Customers of AFS UK do not need to change anything; our telephone numbers will remain the same.
The AFS website and email addresses will still be accessible and contain any information needed after the 18th. Your AFS website login details will continue to work for the new branded site.
Our bank details have not changed, payments will continue as normal; however, following the brand change, payments on your statements will change in the future from ‘Arvato FS’ or ‘Arvato Financial Solutions’ to ‘EP Financial Solutions’ or ‘EP Financial’.
